MEI hosts two masters degree programs. The Islamic Studies MA (ISMA), and the Dual Degree MA Program with Aga Khan University in Islamic Studies and Muslim Cultures.

Each of these programs brings together a select cohort of masters students to delve into the intellectual traditions of Islam and the diverse regional histories, cultures, and social formations of Muslim societies around the world.
